• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 small diced onion
• 1 30 ct package yellow corn tortillas
• 1 28 oz can Las Palmas Mild Enchilada Sauce
• 2 cups colby jack cheese
• 2 4 oz cans sliced black olives
• 3 chopped green onions
