A Lebanese inspired lamb flatbread with yogurt, lemon and pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 x pack Heck lamb & mint burgers
- 1 tbsp Zaatar spice
- 4 tbsp greek yogurt
- 2 small handfuls of mixed leaves
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 30g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
