Ingredients
- 4 kangaroo steaks
- Small onions
- Knob of butter
- Olive oil
- Twigs of fresh thyme
- Twigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons apple syrup
- About 150 ml Noilly Prat or red port
- Salt and pepper to liking
- Little potatoes, Brussels sprouts and poached pears to serve with the kangaroo steaks.
