Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker or Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
- sugar (to taste, around 2 to 3 tbsp.)
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 11 eggs (3 whole and 8 egg yolks)
