Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 175 2/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
• 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 tsp each ground allspice, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves
• 375 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
• 250 1 cup low-fat evaporated milk
• 30 ml brown sugar
• 15 ml all-purpose flour
• 1 ml ground cinnamon
• 7 ml 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
• 45 ml 3 tbsp chopped toasted pecans
