• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for dusting
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
