Chorizo & chickpeas in white wine

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 brown onion (80g), sliced finely
• 2 clove garlic, crushed
• 2 cured chorizo sausages (340g), chopped coarsely
• 1 red capsicum, sliced finely
• 400 gram canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/4 cup (60ml) dry white wine
• 1/3 cup (80ml) chicken stock
