• 2 lemons, zested
• 4 Tbsp. sea salt
• 3 Tbsp. honey
• 1 tsp. chili flakes
• 1 shallot, thinly sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper, cracked
• 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
