Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup syrup
• 1-1/2 cups oil
• 1-1/2 cups potato flour
• 1-1/2 cups cake meal (fine matzo meal)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. ginger
• 2 tsp. KLP baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
