  • (salmon, smoked hake, pollack) 1.5lt fish stock
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g butter
  • 100g plain flour
  • 20g smooth Dijon mustard Chopped dill
  • Anchovy sauce
  • Double cream
  • For the topping:
  • 1kg seasoned mash potato with butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Grated mature cheddar cheese
