Spicy Beef Stew - Student Recipes

Ingredients

• About 400g of lean casserole beef
• 1l beef stock
• 1 courgette, chopped
• 1 tin of kidney beans, drained
• 2 tbsp of chili powder
• between 300 - 400g pasta sauce
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp creamy horseradish
• 2 shallots (or 1 onion), roughly chopped
• as much or as little grated cheese as you wish!
• serves 4
• takes about 20 minutes
