• zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons of JOSEPH The Fronti Fortified
• 2 tablespoons of rum
• 1 cinnamon stick
• butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 150 g blueberries or raisins
• icing sugar
