• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 450 g (1 lb) lean stewing steak, diced
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 450 ml (¾ pint) beef stock
• 3 tsp Paprika
• 2 tsp Herbes de Provence
• ¼ tsp Garlic Granules
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 200 g (7 oz) tin chopped tomatoes
• 100 g (4 oz) black olives, sliced
• 500 g sautéed potatoes to serve
• 300 g green beans to serve
