• 4 tbsp “Cipollina” sauce
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 6 tsp “Piccantissima” sauce
• 80 g coarsely grated fresh pecorino cheese, plus 4 tbsp to sprinkle on top of the finished dish
• 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
