• One yellow onion large diced
• 2 carrots medium diced
• 4-5 Garlic Gloves roughly chopped
• 1 Tbsp of roughly chopped ginger
• 3/4 cup Honey Bourbon
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1/2 tsp sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp neutral flavored oil
• Flour as needed
• Montreal steak seasoning to taste
• Cayenne pepper to taste
• Chicken bouillon cubes to taste
• Garlic powder to taste
• Water , chicken stock or beef stock as needed
• Red pepper flakes to taste
• 1-2 sprig of thyme
• 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
• Salt to taste
