Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups (560 ml) cake flour
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) cocoa powdered, sifted
• 2 1/2 teaspoons (12.5 ml) baking powder
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
• 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
• 4 eggs
• Icing sugar, for garnish
