Salmon Cakes - Cindy Cooks!

Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked salmon
• 1 stalk celery finely diced
• 1/3 red pepper finely diced
• 2 green onions finely sliced
• 2 tbsp 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp old bay
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp mayo
• 2/3 cup bread crumbs (more for frying)
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
