- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cup(s) beef broth
- 2 cup(s) water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery seed
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
- - salt to taste
- 1 cup(s) frozen peas
- 4 carrots sliced thin
- 2-3 cup(s) kluski egg noodles or thick egg noodles..this is what i use when don't have kluski's..
- 1 tablespoon(s) beef bouillon, if want more beef flavor
