• tsp cumin seeds: 1/2
• tsp turmeric powder: 1/4
• tsp red chilli: 1/2
• tbsp cream: 2
• oil: 2 tbsp
• dried fenugreek leaves (kasurimethi): 1 tsp
• salt to taste
