Ingredients

• 3 litres water
• 1 tbsp coarse salt
• 300 g dried wholewheat pasta, for example, fusilli
• 450 g broccoli, florets and thinly sliced stem
• 2 onions, chopped (about 150 g)
• 4 salmon fillets
• 10 g butter
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• ¼ tsp coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
• 1 cup Puck® Cooking Cream
• 2 tsp limes zest, finely grated
• ¾ g coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
• 25 g basil leaves, shredded
