Ingredients

• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
• 1–2 jars Reese Specialty Foods All-White Peeled Asparagus Spears , drained and patted dry
• 1 ¼ cup shredded cheese of choice (a mild, melty cheese works best)
• Egg wash (1 egg + splash of milk)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Chopped green onion
