Ingredients

• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped oregano
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 4 medium Roma tomatoes, halved and seeded
• 1 medium Pasilla peppers, quartered and seeded
• 1 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
• 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo, pureed*
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 1/4 pounds skirt steak, cut into 4-inch pieces
