• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
• 2 tablespoons curry powder
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons salt
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 4 tablespoons pinenuts, toasted and chopped
• 2 teaspoons lemon zest
