Zarina's Crispy Golden Potatoes

Ingredients

• 600g baby potatoes unpeeled
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Onion chopped fine
• 4 Garlic cloves crushed
• 1 tin Chopped tomatoes
• 1 Red chilli finely chopped
• 1 tbsp Lingham’s Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
• 1.5tsp Hot smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• Sea Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
