• 1 onion diced
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 3 tbsp Moroccan spices
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 3 cup pumpkin cut into cubes
• 2 red peppers roughly chopped
• 3/4 cup chopped olives
• 3/4 cup chopped prunes
• 1 can chickpeas
• 2 tins tomatoes
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
