Freezer Meal – Easy Sausage Gumbo – Adventures in Everyday Cooking

Ingredients

• 12 oz Smoked turkey or Kielbasa sausage, sliced into thin slices
• 10 oz okra, fresh or frozen (zucchini or green beans)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped (green is fine)
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 28 oz can of diced tomatoes, with juices
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2-4 dashes tabasco or hot sauce
