Meatloaf from a French Canadian (avec frites) recipe – This Week in Food
This is a delicious, easy to make dish. Très délicieux! We like to make it with a side of salad to balance out the meatloaf and potatoes with mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Onion (diced)
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 6 White potatoes
