Chicken Roast recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Potatoes , Carrots, and (Sweet corn I boiled )
• 3 tablespoon Melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
• 4 tablespoon Nandos Peri Peri Spice
• 2Tblsp Tandoori spice
• 2 tablespoon Mochacho spice
• 1 teaspoon Magic Masala
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
• ½ teaspoon Garlic
• ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mix
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• 1 tablespoon tomato puree or paste
• Few thyme and rosemary
• Add all the half Steamed Veges
• Add more sauce if you prefer over to the marinade left in pot
• And pour it over
