Ingredients

• 325 g cream cheese (softened)
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon garlic (crushed or very finely chopped)
• 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
• 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
• 230 g jarred marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
• 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach (thawed & squeezed of liquid)
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
