- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Khmeli Suneli , ground
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons oil, for frying
- 1 cup sour cream
