Ingredients
- 1 t bicarbonate of soda
- ½ cup milk
- 2 free-range eggs
- 100 ml strong coffee
- 2 T apricot jam
- 20 g butter, melted
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 ml salt
- 200 g Woolworths White chocolate drops
- 200 g Woolworths 70% cocoa dark chocolate drops
- For the sauce:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cream
- 230 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- vanilla custard or ice cream, for serving
