Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup cold unsalted butter – cut into small pieces
• ½ cup 2 tbsp cold Crisco—cut into small pieces
• ½ cup cold water
• 4 cups cranberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 14 ounce can whole fruit cranberry sauce
• 2 ¼ cup sugar
• Pinch salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp mace
• 2 tbsp orange zest
• 2 tsp cranberry balsamic vinegar
• 8 tbsp cornstarch
