Ingredients

• 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp light olive oil or high heat cooking oil of choice
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp Woeber’s Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Woeber’s Chopped Garlic in Water
