Spinach-Artichoke Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups shredded fontina cheese
• ¼ cup shredded Asiago
• 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
• ½ tsp. each red pepper flakes and anchovy paste
• ¼ tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
• ½ cup each dry white wine and low-sodium chicken broth
• 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
• ½ cup chopped canned artichoke bottoms
• 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper to taste
