• 1/4 of a red onion, cut into half and sliced
• 1 green chili* thinly sliced
• 1 tomato, cut in half length-wise and sliced
• 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves chopped into bite size pieces
• 1/4 cup plain yogurt
• 1 garlic clove grated
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
