• 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) milk, hot
• 4 oz (110 g) white chocolate, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) rhubarb, preferably red, sliced
• 6 tablespoons (90 ml) 35% cream
• 8 oz (225 g) white chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) icing sugar
• 100 g almond paste (1/2 package)
