  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (divided)
  • Half teaspoon black pepper (split)
  • 4 tablespoons oil—safflower, avocado, peanut, or canola work well
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
