It’s hard to beat a fresh scone: warm from the oven, served with butter, jam and cream.
Ingredients

- 25g of caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 85g of butter
- 175ml of buttermilk
- 1 of egg for egg wash
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp of mixed spice
- 75g of sultanas (Gems)
- Topped with of Folláin Blackberry Jam
