- 6 eggs, separated
- 175 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp (level) cocoa, sieved
- 50 g chopped and roasted hazelnuts
- 300 ml double cream
- 3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys)
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 50 g whole blanched hazelnuts, halved
- 1 tbsp icing sugar, to dust
