Salt and Pepper Squid
Salt and Pepper Squid recipe: My favorite calamari by far!! Lots of work if your staring with raw squid but worth every bit of it. My kids love it.
Ingredients
- 500 grams fresh calamari
- 2 tablespoons Self Rising Flour
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Cornflour
- Vegetable oil
- 4 green shallots chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine
- Five Spice mix
- 1 tablespoon Ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon celery powder
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder
