• ²⁄₃ cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
• ¹⁄₄ cup cornstarch
• 9 egg yolks
• 9 oz. semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
• 2 ¹⁄₂ tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 cups heavy cream
