- 1 Cup dark soy sauce
- 10 Grams Palm sugar
- 1 piece bay leaf
- water (as needed)
- onion leeks (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (or as needed)
