• 200 g Creme Fraiche low-fat
• 4 slices Crusty Bread to serve
• 1.2 litre Fish Stock
• 1 clove Garlic crushed
• 500 g Haddock Fillets skinned and diced
• 25 g Low Fat Butter
• 1 - Onion finely diced
• 4 slices Rindless Streaky Bacon sliced
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf finely chopped
• 450 g SuperValu Potatoes peeled and diced
