Ingredients

• 1 head iceberg lettuce, core removed and cut into wedges
• 6 slices bacon, cooked
• 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 1/4 cup red onion, peeled and minced
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Citrus Oregano balsamic
• salt and pepper
