Ricotta Lemon Pasta Recipe | Samsung Food App
I've probably posted this recipe before, but it's just so darn good I had to post it again. And it's especially easy as it uses a no-cook sauce!
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spaghetti
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 lemon to serve
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
