• 4 to 4-1/2 cups all purpose flour

• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 tablespoon butter OR margarine, softened
• Mascarpone Filling && Topping
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar, divided
• 5 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur, divided
• 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 1/4 cup coffee
• 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
• Chocolate curls, optional
