- 1 pack puff pastry dough
- 1,5 lb fresh lamb meat
- 2 large onions
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 egg mixed+2 Tbsp water
- black and white sesame seeds (optional)
- little oil to grease the pans (optional)
