Ingredients: 1 1/2 tablespoons butter (or margarine); 2 cups mushrooms, roughly chopped; 1/2 cup shallots, chopped; 750 grams scallops (1 1/2 pounds); 1 cup sour cream; 1/2 teaspoon curry powder; 2 teaspoons lemon juice; seasoning to taste; cornflour to thicken, if needed (I suggest this be mixed with a little water and ready if needed)
