Ingredients

• ½ white cabbage (shaved finely with a mandoline)
• ½ white onion (shaved finely with mandoline)
• 2 vine tomatoes (diced)
• 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 lime (juice)
• Small handful of coriander (finely chopped)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper (for seasoning)
• 4 pork chops
• 2 teaspoons Chipotle Lime Paste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 packet Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
• 1 jar Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa
