• 1 tbsp flour
• 3 - 4 pound beef brisket
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups apple juice
• ¼ cup honey
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 2 tbsp flour
• ¼ cup raisins
• 1 apple, sliced
